Job summary

Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. CFY candidates are welcome to apply as we provide mentorship and a supportive environment.

You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders, while collaborating with physicians and families and documenting in Net Health EMR and PCC.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current PA SLP license or eligibility is required.
• CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, residents, and families.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health EMR.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.

Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing rehabilitation team.
