SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. Master’s degree required; CFs welcome. Salary $82,000–$120,000 per school year calendar, with mentoring and strong, collaborative relationships.

We offer a Compass Fellowship program, supervision, and in-house CEU opportunities, plus health and 401(k) benefits. Onsite school settings and intern/SLPA supervision possible.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsabilités

• Conducts ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducts appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborates with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targets modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintains daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• Writes IEP goals in support of curricular standards.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities
