Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is a leading BCBA-owned ABA organization delivering pediatric care in a clinic setting. The Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to pediatric and adolescent patients. This role is on-site at our McKinney clinic.

Compensation is by session with uncapped biweekly bonus potential. Primary responsibilities include assessments, ASD-focused treatment planning, 1:1 30‑minute sessions, co-treating

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders is required.
• Current CCC/ASHA credential is preferred.
• Unencumbered Texas state license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with ASD.
• Provide 1:1 direct speech-language services in 30 minute sessions.
• Co-treat with supervisors, BCBA, OT, and clinical directors.
• Consult with parents and caregivers on treatment and progress.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism SpectrumDisorder (ASD)
• Providing1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
• Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and ClinicalDirectors
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patientprogress

Flexible Options:We also offerpart-time positionsfor qualified candidates seeking flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHApreferred
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texasstate board
• Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
