Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist at Autumn Lake at Oak Manor in Burtonsville, MD. This full-time position focuses on residents with communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs, providing assessment and therapy to improve daily life and connections with others.

You’ll work within an interdisciplinary team, set clear goals, document progress, and coach residents and caregivers on strategies beyond the treatment session.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Excellent clinical judgment and thorough documentation skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing is a plus.

• Help residents and caregivers use strategies beyond the treatment session
