Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Autumn Lake at Riverview in Essex, MD. This full-time position focuses on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing for residents in a rehabilitation setting.

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys providing individualized care and helping residents improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and overall quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals
• Provide skilled interventions for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate
