Ultimate Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for Autumn Lake at Crofton, MD. Youll assess residents, address communication, cognitive changes, and swallowing concerns as part of a collaborative rehab team.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for Autumn Lake at Crofton. You'll help residents communicate their needs, work through cognitive changes, and address swallowing concerns as part of a collaborative rehab team.

• Offer practical recommendations to residents, families, and care staff
• Document progress and coordinate with nursing and fellow clinicians
