Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide pediatric in-home therapy across Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. CFYs and students encouraged to apply.

You will evaluate, treat, and document therapy plans for children birth to 21 while educating families and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. The role offers full-time and part-time options with flexible scheduling, competitive pay up to $120,000 annually, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology License.
• Degree from an accredited therapy program required.
• BLS CPR Certification (in-person) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy for children birth to 21 in home and community settings.
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Educate and support families to empower caregiver involvement.
