Job summary

MGA Homecare is hiring a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide pediatric therapy in home and community settings. You will set your schedule and caseload, delivering one-on-one care that empowers children to communicate and participate with their families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Speech Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state Speech Therapy license.
• CPR/BLS Certification (skills tested in person).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• New graduates and out-of-state applicants encouraged to apply — mentorship offered.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech-language therapy to children from birth through age 21.
• Treat children with genetic, neurological, developmental, cognitive, and orthopedic conditions.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Address speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and communication needs.
• Educate families to participate in therapy and carry over skills.
• Collaborate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams.
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning within a supportive team environment.
