Provide pediatric speech-language therapy to children from birth through age 21
Treat children with genetic, neurological, developmental, cognitive, and orthopedic conditions
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Address speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and communication needs
Educate and empower families to actively participate in therapy and carry over skills
Collaborate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams
Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning within a supportive team environment

$90,000 – $150,000 annually for full-time SLPs, based on experience, caseload, and availability
