Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist, CFY, to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Colorado. You will evaluate and treat children from birth to 21, develop and monitor individualized plans, and educate families while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Colorado Provisional License or eligibility required for Colorado.
• CFY experience or graduating CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience is welcome but not required.
• BLS CPR Certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services to pediatric patients (birth to 21).
• Evaluate, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
