Job summary

Trinity Health At Home seeks a part-time PRN Speech Pathologist to provide in-home assessment and therapy for patients across Oak Brook and nearby communities. You will work autonomously with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, using cutting-edge technology and clear documentation.

Candidate requirements include CCC-SLP or eligibility for licensure in Illinois, with a focus on compassionate, detailed, organized service.

Qualifications

• Meets the educational requirements for CCC-SLP or is in the process of obtaining licensure/registration in Illinois.
• Experience in home care and autonomous work environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care with patients in their homes

Minimum Qualifications:

Meets the educational and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association; or, meets the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certificate, registration or license to practice as a speech pathologist in the state of Illinois if applicable.
