Job summary

Circle Creek Therapy in Auburn, WA seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for pediatric-focused therapy. The role offers full-time or part-time options with flexible hours and a sign-on bonus. You will work in a family-centered clinic with collaboration across OTs, PTs, and mental health clinicians to support holistic care.

Licensure as an SLP in Washington is required, CCC certification is expected, and experience or a strong desire to join a supportive, values-driven team is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, play-based speech and language therapy (primarily pediatrics)

• Collaborate daily with OTs, PTs, and mental health clinicians to deliver holistic care
• Optional: Treat adult patients based on interests
• Participate in monthly reflective consultation for peer support
• Work 1:1 in private treatment rooms and therapy gyms designed to support sensory and communication needs

What You’ll Do:
