Qualifications

• WA licensure as SLP is required.
• CCC credential required.
• Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, play-based speech and language therapy (primarily pediatrics).
• Provide pediatric feeding therapy based on your training and clinical interests.
• Build strong relationships with families to support carryover and progress.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, PTs, and mental health clinicians to deliver holistic, family-centered care.
• Optional: Treat adult patients based on your interests.
• Participate in monthly reflective consultation for peer support and problem-solving.
• Work 1:1 in private treatment rooms and therapy gyms designed to support sensory and communication needs.
