Circle Creek Therapy in Auburn is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for both full-time and part-time roles in a collaborative clinic. The position offers flexible hours and a supportive environment designed to respect clinicians’ time and well-being.
Therapists will provide play-based speech-language therapy for children and may offer pediatric feeding therapy. You’ll work with families and coordinate with OTs, PTs, and mental health clinicians for holistic care.
A place to grow, make an impact, and love your work again.
At Circle Creek Therapy, we believe therapy should feel good—for our patients and for the people providing it. We know that many clinicians have worked in settings where they felt overextended or undervalued, and we’ve made it our mission to be different.
We’re a family-owned, interdisciplinary clinic built around support, sustainability, and connection. Our therapists are given reasonable direct contact expectations, protected time for documentation and planning, and the flexibility to thrive in both their professional and personal lives. We want you to feel energized—not overwhelmed—by the important work you do.
Whether you're an experienced therapist looking for a long-term home, a parent needing flexibility, or someone ready to grow in your career, we’d love to meet you. Full-time and part-time options are available, with scheduling that fits your life.
Bonus: If you enjoy working with adults, we have a small but growing adult caseload you can opt into.
If you're looking for a place to grow, make a real impact, and be part of something meaningful—we want to meet you. If you've worked in settings that left you feeling drained or unseen, you're not alone—and you're not stuck. We’ve created something different at Circle Creek Therapy, and we’d love to show you what it’s like to work in a place that values you as a person, not just a provider.
