The ideal candidate holds WA licensure (or eligibility), a Master’s in Speech Pathology, and an ASHA CCC-SLP. CPR certification and a collaborative, compassionate approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Pediatric outpatient experience with feeding therapy and AAC is a plus.

We’re looking for a dedicated, creative and compassionate Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. If you love helping children (ages 0–21) build skills through play, communication, and meaningful connection—this is your dream job.

We are a vibrant, fast-paced community-based clinic looking to add a compassionate SLP, who loves turning everyday moments into milestones!

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat amazing children with a variety of needs
• Work as a cohesive team
• Lead engaging individual and group sessions (feeding, social skills, preschooland life skills groups)
• Team up with families and professionals to support each child’s journey.
• Plan and develop home programs.
• Track progress and celebrate every win—big or small.

What You Bring:

• Hold current WA state licensure (or be eligible for licensure)
• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited university.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SP) from the American Speech-Hearing-Language Association
• CPR certification

• Knowledge of child development and the progression of functional skills.
• Awareness of neurodiversity-affirming clinical practicesand motivation to support clients and families using this framework.

• Experience in a pediatric outpatient setting with feeding therapy and AAC experience while not necessary will greatly benefit you in this role.
