Job summary

Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Langdon Place of Keene in Keene, NH. This full-time role focuses on evaluating and treating residents with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing needs in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, develop individualized treatment plans, document outcomes, and support residents’ communication and swallowing goals.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Post Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Langdon Place of Keene. This full-time opportunity allows you to provide individualized therapy while helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive skills, and swallowing function in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals
• Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
