Job summary

Rockport Healthcare Services seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting in California. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, document outcomes, and collaborate with families and physicians.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and California CCC/licensure. CPR may be required. A sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Ability to supervise and direct assistants and aides.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment programs to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Evaluate and treat patients and document in medical records.
• Supervise Clinical Fellow and other SLPs in patient care and documentation.
