Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy, screen and evaluate patients, and develop treatment plans within Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. You will supervise assistants and Rehab Techs, manage case responsibilities, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide, direct or oversee speech therapy to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing.
• Screen residents and evaluate patients referred for therapy.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and documentation in the medical record.
• Maintain patient-centered interactions with interdisciplinary teams and clients.
• Supervise Rehab Techs and assistants; support group and individual treatments.
• Develop and implement SLP programs and community integration.
