Job summary

The Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and communication services to students with sensory impairments at Staunton, Virginia. This 10-month faculty position offers state benefits and a July 2026 start date.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Virginia license with endorsement in Speech-Language Disorders.
• Experience with children with sensory, motor or cognitive disabilities or Clinical Fellowship eligible.
• Knowledge of child growth and development and disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to students with sensory impairments.
• Collaborate within a residential/day program in Staunton, VA.
• Participate in a team-based approach to student education and support.
