Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver therapy services to patients in accordance with established standards. You will assess, treat, and manage care plans, collaborating with facility staff to achieve meaningful communication and swallowing outcomes.

The role emphasizes professional conduct, regulatory compliance, ongoing education, and contribution to a robust SLP program. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services to patients according to therapy principles and Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while providing high-quality care, including screening, evaluation, treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Develop and sustain a robust SLP program and ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and healthcare regulations.
