Job summary

Career Links is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our nationwide network for a full-time, school-based assignment. You will provide therapy services to students with communication challenges and contribute to academic and social success.

You'll collaborate with a special education team, receive mentorship for CFs, and manage a balanced caseload, with a generous compensation of $60.00–$75.00 per hour, DOE, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or eligibility.
• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• State Teaching Credential (or ability to obtain) required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in accordance with IDEA and state standards.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services for speech and language impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student goals.
• Attend IEP and MDT meetings and participate in professional development.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies and AAC strategies.
• Support inclusive practices and adapt interventions for diverse student populations.
