Job summary

Ayden Healthcare Waterville/Wauseon is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Waterville and Wauseon, Ohio. The position includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to work within a compassionate, multidisciplinary care setting.

You will evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and support families in maintaining progress.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with communication and swallowing disorders, including speech, language, and cognitive deficits
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and improve communication and swallowing function
• Conduct speech and language therapy sessions with patients, including individual and group sessions
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas of improvement and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote carryover and maintenance of skills learned during therapy
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
