Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, invites a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Mercy Hospital Ada in Ada, Oklahoma. This full-time role includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a mission to deliver high-quality care to diverse patient populations.

The SLP will evaluate and treat swallowing and communication disorders, develop care plans, and collaborate with families and care teams, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with current state licensure.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develops individualized care plans and implements evidence-based interventions.
• Educates patients and families, supports discharge planning, and supervises trainees as appropriate.
