Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support residents with speech, swallowing, cognition, and voice therapies across the continuum of care on campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adult population preferred.
• CPR certification current.
• Active state license in the applicable state (where the community provides service) if required.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the community continuum of care.
• Adhere to Federal, State, and payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies and procedures.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs with a holistic approach.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on strengths and preferences to foster comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.
