Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active state SLP license in good standing.
• Experience with medical documentation and therapy notes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to identify speech, language, and swallowing needs and craft therapy plans.
• Promote safe swallowing and adapt equipment for meals and autumn activities.
• Collaborate with Nursing to train staff and supervise CFY/SLP students.
• Participate in care conferences, rehab huddles, and discharge planning with physicians and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Net Health and PointClickCare.
