Responsibilities

• Evaluate Patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
• Communicate with Physician and other health care team members regarding patient’s progress.
• Record evaluations, treatment notes, and provide objective input for discharge summaries.
• Act as a clinical supervisor for affiliating Speech/Language Pathology Graduate Clinicians.
