Job summary

Norwood Towers Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to help residents blossom toward greater independence, communication, and quality of life. The role offers $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, with a supportive, interdisciplinary team.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; create personalized plans; collaborate with physicians, nurses, families, and rehabilitation professionals; mentor clinical fellows and students.

Qualifications

• Active state license required to practice as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFYs welcome to apply.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Create personalized treatment plans to help residents thrive.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, families and rehab professionals.
• Mentor Clinical Fellows and students; educate staff on best practices.
