Montrose Springs Skilled Nursing & Wellness Center is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver therapy services and oversee clinical fellows in a skilled nursing setting.

The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, documenting progress, and coordinating with physicians and families. Requires CA license and CCC-SLP, with 2–3 years SNF experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• 2-3 years experience in a skilled nursing facility rehab preferred; rehab experience required.
• CA license or eligibility and CCC-SLP certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide treatment programs to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Supervise Clinical Fellow and other SLPs in patient care activities.
• Document services in medical records with accuracy and compliance.
