Job summary

Qualifications

• Speech-language pathology licensure in the state where applying.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• English proficiency and graduate of an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation.
• Provide professional treatment for speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing and cognitive disorders.
• Plan activities and deliver services for speech and language disorders.
• Participate in patient care planning and quality assurance activities.
• Develop evaluation and treatment plans with short- and long-term goals as ordered by physicians.
• Document evaluations and progress notes for patient medical records per department policy.
