Qualifications

• Experience delivering speech-language pathology services in SNF or similar setting.
• Ability to develop treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation according to company guidelines and community needs.
• Provide professional treatment while using therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation of speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing and cognitive disorders.
• Plan activities and provide therapeutic services for speech and language disorders.
• Serve as patient advocate and participate in quality assurance and customer service activities.
• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans with short-term and long-term goals.
