Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of patient care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Provide treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists and ensure Medicare/Medicaid compliance.
• Document progress and discharge summaries in medical records.
