Responsibilities

• Provides therapy for speech, language, swallowing and cognitive disorders.
• Plans activities and provides therapeutic services for speech and language disorders.
• Documents evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries in patient records.
• Ensures delivery of quality rehab services and maintains compliance with program policies.
