Theracare Indiana seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders. Work across Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care, or Home Health Care as part of a supportive therapy team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regional management staff and adherence to accreditation standards, with opportunities to contribute to patient-centered care and quality outcomes.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Prefer minimum one year experience in rehabilitation.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.
• Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

The Speech/Language Pathologist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with orders from the physician, through the use of therapeutic procedures designed to improve speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders to overcome disabilities from a variety of causes. The Speech/Language Pathologist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Speech/Language Pathology. The Speech/Language Pathologist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation

Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care
