Palm Springs Healthcare Center is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Palm Springs, CA. This role offers a salary range of $104,000 to $124,800 per year, with PRN/on-call responsibilities and a sign-on bonus.

The center provides a professional and supportive environment for residents and staff, plus benefits such as PTO and referral bonuses. Responsibilities include screening residents, developing care plans, delivering treatments, administering tests, and ensuring documentation

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Certification in Clinical Competency.
• Current California SLP license.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
