Sidekick Therapy Partners in Chattanooga, TN is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs and CCC-SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. We offer school and clinic positions, with full-time and part-time options for CCC-SLPs, and a focus on AAC devices.

We provide 1:1 therapy in private schools, a W2 model with salary or per-session pay, benefits, flexible scheduling, and professional development to support work-life balance for our therapists.

Qualifications

• CF-SLPs: must be on track to earn a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLPs: must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and be eligible for Tennessee licensure.
• All therapists must adhere to ASHA standards and state/federal regulations.
• 1:1 therapy sessions with children in schools—no IEP meetings required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to children in private schools.
• Deliver services aligned with AAC device users and school-based goals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and compliance with licensing requirements.

We’re hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs and CCC-SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond! School and Clinic positions available. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for CCC-SLPs.

This specific opening requires a SLP that is knowledgeable and passionate about working with children that use AAC devices

Requirements

• CF-SLPs: Must be on track to earn a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLPs: Must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and be eligible for Tennessee licensure.
• All therapists must adhere to professional standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
• 1:1 therapy sessions with children in schools—no IEP meetings required
