Job summary

Sidekick Therapy Partners is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs and CCC-SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. School and Clinic positions available. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for CCC-SLPs.

Location: Washington County Schools in Gray, TN. We’re a pediatric private practice serving thousands of children weekly, with a focus on 1:1 therapy and minimal administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Must be on track to earn a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CF/CCC-SLP tracks).
• Hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA CCC-SLP (for CCC-SLPs) and be eligible for Tennessee licensure.
• Adhere to ASHA standards and state/federal laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 speech-language therapy in school settings.
• Maintain professional standards and documentation; coordinate with families and school staff.

Requirements

• CF-SLPs: Must be on track to earn a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLPs: Must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and be eligible for Tennessee licensure.
• All therapists must adhere to professional standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
• 1:1 therapy sessions with children in schools—no IEP meetings required
