Job summary

Sidekick Therapy Partners is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs and CCC-SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. Roles include school and clinic positions with full-time and part-time options, located in Gray, TN, serving Washington County and surrounding districts.

The role focuses on 1:1 therapy with children, carries a typical caseload of 35-40 students, and offers W2 employment with flexible scheduling, benefits, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be on track to earn a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CF-SLP)
• Must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CCC-SLP) and be eligible for Tennessee licensure
• Must adhere to ASHA standards and state/federal regulations

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions with children in schools
• Maintain a caseload in the 35–40 student range
• Provide therapy in school and clinic settings; participate in teletherapy as needed

Location: Washington County Schools in Gray, TN

Sidekick Therapy Partners is a leading pediatric private practice serving over 5,000 children weekly across 30+ school districts in Tennessee and North Carolina, as well as in our outpatient clinics and via teletherapy. Requirements

• CF-SLPs: Must be on track to earn a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLPs: Must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and be eligible for Tennessee licensure.
• All therapists must adhere to professional standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
