Job summary

A healthcare provider is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver speech therapy to patients upon physician referral. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in speech therapy, ASHA certification, and preferably one year of experience in a post-acute care setting. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP).
• ASHA certified (CCCs) or eligible for 9 month Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State.
• One (1) year experience in post acute care or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct rehab care in speech therapy to patients upon referral.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
