Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist at Elmwood Health & Rehab Center in West Carrollton, OH. The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders, with a commitment to quality patient outcomes.

The position starts part-time with growth to full-time during daytime hours. Possession of a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active SLP license, and ASHA CCC-SLP certification are required, with prior experience preferred.

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
