Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our network of facilities in New London, OH.

We value therapists who bring licensure, CCC-SLP, CF option, and 1 year of experience, and who can develop treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing.

This part-time position offers daytime hours (20–24 per week), a 401(k) with company match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required. CF with provisional license considered.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Will also consider a Clinical Fellow (CF) with provisional license.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
