Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency required or in process; ongoing licensure encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services in the SNF setting.
• Evaluate and collect data for treatment planning and progress.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with goals and timelines.
• Instruct patients, families, and staff on speech-language strategies for carryover.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols and coordinate site programs.
• Participate in resident screenings to identify needs and ensure timely care.
