Scope of Work

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Standard Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
• Preferred: Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
• Preferred: Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
• Required: 2 years of relevant experience
• Required upon hire: LIC-Speech Language Pathologist - State of Michigan
• Required: LIC-Driver's License – State of Michigan
• Preferred: CRT-Speech Language Pathologist (ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association)

Upon Hire required

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (AHA) (90 days required)
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Red Cross (ARC) (90 days required)
