Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy to patients based on clinical need and medical direction at the Ludington site. You will educate patients and caregivers and coordinate adaptive equipment as required.

The role is part-time with a day shift, involving collaboration with the Rehab Resource Pool and ongoing patient-centered care within the Grand Rapids Hospital network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience required.
• ASHA-credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) 1 year experience preferred.
• Driver's license valid in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy based on patient need and medical direction.
• Educate patients and caregivers about therapy and progress.
• Arrange for adaptive equipment as needed.

Standard Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
• Preferred Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
• Preferred Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
• 2 years of relevant experience of related experience Required
• CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association 1 Year required
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines

Upon Hire required

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
