Job summary

Elmira Health Network in Elmira, NY seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. You will provide direct therapy to pediatric and adult patients in outpatient or inpatient settings, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.

You will educate patients, families, and caregivers on goals and techniques, document outcomes, and participate in ongoing education and program development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Eligible for New York State licensure and registration.
• CCC from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• One to two years of hospital-based experience preferred;new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 90 days of hire).
