Job summary

Milestones Day School in Waltham, MA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide group social-skills lessons and individual therapy to students with autism spectrum disorders and language-based learning challenges. You will write IEP goals, collect data, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support progress.

School hours are Mon-Fri 7:30AM-3:00PM with an additional 5 hours/week planning, onsite only.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and active MA SLP license.
• Experience treating language-based learning disorders and autism preferred.
• Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Write IEP goals and progress reports.
• Collect data on student benchmarks.
• Prepare group lesson plans to develop social skills.
• Provide individual therapy sessions targeting speech and language.
• Collaborate with Milestones interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain licensure and engage in ongoing professional development.
