Job summary

Soliant in Odessa, Delaware seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team for the upcoming school year. This full-time position (37.5 hours/week) starts in August 2026 and focuses on helping students develop communication skills across academics, social development, and independence.

The SLP will conduct evaluations, create IEP-driven plans, provide therapy, and collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators while maintaining required documentation.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • DE State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain).
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
  • School-based experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

About The Role

Responsibilities
