Job summary

Soliant is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Dover, Delaware. This full-time, 35-hour/week school-year position starts in August 2026 and offers patient-focused support for students’ communication needs, collaboration with educators, and ongoing professional development.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a DE State SLP license with ESA certification (or the ability to obtain), and ideally CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • DE State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain).
  • ASHA CCC-SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • School-based experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

About The Role
