Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support students in Newark, Delaware, starting August 2026.

26/27 Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Location: Newark, DE

Start: August 2026

Job Type: Full-Time

Caseload: Details discussed in an interview

Pay: Hourly, $35+, dependent on experience

Schools Experience Highly Preferred

  • The ideal candidate will assist in conducting assessments to evaluate student's speech, language, and communication abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, and provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings
  • This position also involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student's communication needs, monitoring student's progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • The candidate will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports
