Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities. You will design and execute individualized rehab plans, ensuring effective delivery of therapy across diverse settings.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and adapt plans to each person’s needs, promoting independence and functional communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or similarly-titled area.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients get their power back by delivering rehab services and designing the care plan.
• Collaborate with patients, families and teammates to execute treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and communication skills.
• Remain adaptable to patients’ needs and work across varied settings.
• Assist with equipment, reporting and meetings as part of a mobile team.
• Teach patients and caregivers to maintain progress and maximize outcomes.
