Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders with clear, effective rehab plans. You design and implement individualized treatment, ensuring efficient delivery of services and outcomes.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, adapt to patient needs, and motivate patients and caregivers to achieve communication goals. The role offers growth through mentorship and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology that is consistent and acceptable to ASHA.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders or deficits by designing and executing rehab plans.
• Deliver rehab services effectively and efficiently, coordinating with patients to execute plans.
• Collaborate with teammates and refer to others to ensure comprehensive patient care.
