Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients communicate, swallow, and regain independence across settings. You design and implement therapy plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and adapt to each patient’s needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Licensure/certification as required in practice state.
• ASHA certification or eligibility per ASHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate deficits.
• Design and execute individual therapy plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Adapt therapy to patient needs and settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
